No, they asked twice – an entire week after I made my initial ticket. You would know since you’re the one who finally approached me. And by approach, I mean left me an in-game message while I was AFK. I don’t know any other game company that uses the in-game chat system to handle ticket responses. Do you guys not have my e-mail on record? But enough of your highly unprofessional means of communication. Not like I expected much from a group that posts official announcements riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. It was filed on September 17 and has a screenshot link of EVERY INFORMATION needed including the stuff you claim that you requested multiple times. Screenshot of both accounts? Check. Screenshot of the Kreds/Gold being on the wrong account? Check. Screenshot of terrible coding leading to the wrong account being charged? By this point, I stopped playing on Server 2 because I was so far behind considering how new the server was. But here’s the kicker: As you can see in the ticket response from R2, it says, “The first day when this problem happened, our team put great focus on this problem and we sent VetSerrin to contact you in game, when your account was online.”Bullshit.Do you know when you messaged me in-game? September 24th, one day before I got the same response via the ticket system. Not the first day, which was actually the 16th, and not the 17th. So either R2 is lying that they told you about the problem on Day 1 or it took you 8 days to respond to R2’s orders. I don’t care which one because either way, R2 or one of its subsidiaries is not doing his/her job. Unfortunately, I don’t have a timestamp of your in-game message because you were so incompetent that you messaged me via PMs instead of using the in-game letter. At the very least, an in-game letter can be archived.Don’t make it sound like you guys genuinely tried to fix your mistake because I sure as hell put in more effort than you. I’ve clearly provided a screenshot of both accounts and the gold being on the wrong account as requested, well in advance before they were even requested. I take screenshots of pretty much everything.By the way, it took R2, 3 weeks to finally transfer the gold to the correct account. Did I receive a notice about it? Nopes. I had to check on a daily basis, which is absurd. Not like it mattered because by that point I was completely done with Server 2.On another note, I took a screenshot of your last forum post as well, Serrin. You blatantly lied about me being unresponsive when it’s the other way around. Not that I care about you or your company, but I’d be careful of any more lies you’re going to publicize because I can and will document them, and use them as evidence in the small claims court if it reaches that point – that is if R2 is actually going to contest the dispute claims.So let’s review what happened: - Fraudulent Charges/Product not delivered - Little to no response - I get a PM from Serrin in-game on the 24th when I’m AFK, a week after my original ticket. By this point, I don’t even play on S2 anymore so I don’t need the gold. I also made it clear in my forum post on the 17th that I was under a 48-hour time limit because of time-sensitive server events going on. - R2 lied about responding to the issue on Day 1. The moderator lies about me being unresponsive.Congrats! I started off thinking R2 was incompetent, but you guys proved me wrong. You’re a bunch of criminals as well masquerading as an incompetent game publisher!Anyway, bye for the second time. If you still want to make another snide comment, feel free to do so because I haven’t even posted half the screenshots I have. I can prove you wrong all day and show to the rest of the community just how pathetic R2 really is. Or you can be a good volunteer mod and stop digging R2 a deeper hole.Like you said, I’m moving on.
