A fighting game released by Aksys and Arc System Works, the creators of Guilty Gear. It was the first fighting game to be released by the company on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is set in a cookie-cutter Medieval Fantasy world, which serves as a contrast to Guilty Gear's and Blaz Blue's.

Ougon Musou Kyoku CROSS

Ougon Musou Kyoku is a 2D Tag Team Fighting Game for the PC platform. Its story and characters are based on the popular visual novel Umineko no Naku Koro ni from 07th-Expansion.

Story

There is a lone island named Rokkenjima where the events surrounding a legendary witch repeat endlessly. When will October 4th and 5th, 1986 finally come to an end? This tale of 'Umineko' seems to be a little different than usual..

Looks like I'll be joining forces with you this time!

How long can you keep that facade up? You should beg if you want to borrow my powers!

Having the witch by your side is extremely reassuring. With her powers, weave a new tale on this mysterious island.

Wiki Roadmap

30% complete
In Progress / CompletedTo-do
  • All characters have pages with some combos and strategies.
  • Mechanics/system arcanae pages are essentially finished. The Touch page could use a visual overhaul but it's otherwise perfectly functional.
  • The entire wiki hasn't been touched since 2015.
  • Brief character intros were at one point there, but were deemed outdated at some point. Some were updated, others removed, others left unchanged. It's inconsistent.
  • Steam release is identical balance-wise, but some pages might need updating to reflect new netplay.
  • Frame data is literally impossible to obtain, unless some wizard puts in the work to make frame display work with OMKCross.

I think you might have a slight initial advantage knowing the old game though;)I know this doesn’t really say that much, and I could spend hours talking about all the new things, every thing from moment to moment gameplay like combat and wallruns to large scale things such as game progression has seen significant changes, but this post is already quite long;). Super cloudbuilt steam.

Dotemu SAS (originally DotEmu SAS) is a French video game developer and publisher based in Paris, founded in 2007 by Xavier Liard and Romain Tisserand.

History[edit]

Dotemu was founded by Xavier Liard and Romain Tisserand in 2007.[1] The company's offices are located in Paris, close to the Folies Bergère.[1]

In April 2010, Dotemu launched a new digital distribution service that would sell games without digital rights management, akin to Good Old Games.[2] In March 2017, Dotemu announced that their online store would be closed down on 1 June that year.[3] The company cited a too strong market competition and their focus shifting towards game development rather than game distribution.[4][5]

In September 2015, Liard and Tisserand sold their company to an unnamed, private investor.[6] Later that month, they founded a new video game publisher, Playdigious.[7] Subsequently, in October 2014, Cyrille Imbert was appointed as Dotemu's chief executive officer.[1] In March 2018, Dotemu announced the creation of The Arcade Crew, a publishing label that would support small development teams.[8][9]
